• Role Overview: As a Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the immaculate upkeep of our villa, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces.
• Organizing and arranging furnishings, decorations, and amenities to uphold the villa’s aesthetic appeal.
• Managing inventory and replenishing supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations and coordinating with other staff members as necessary.
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of any maintenance needs or issues.
• Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
• Impeccable presentation and grooming, reflecting our commitment to luxury.
• Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
• Previous experience in high-end hotel housekeeping or a similar upscale environment is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of technology, including laptops, smartphones, smart TVs, and troubleshooting internet connections.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
