Description:
Hiring for Accounts Receivables for our properties office in Business Bay. Age not more than 30 years. The candidate must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in receivables.
Managing records and receipts / Cheques.
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
Processing invoices, Receipts, Remittance and clearance
Corresponding with Banks & Dealing with Cash and Bank at transaction level.
Monthly Bank Reconciliation of all Accounts
GL reconciliations of all Bank Related GL and Sub GL
Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
Post and process data entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Keep track of all inter-company transactions to be billed and processed.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Managing and monitoring the collection and banking
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Assisting and ensuring completeness of transaction in Month end closing in a timely manner
Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
