Location: Dubai (onsite)

JD:

• 8+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with total 12-15 years of IT experience
• Strong understanding of CRM, AI/ML, & customer journey mapping
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar platforms
• 5+ years of hands-on design/development experience in .Net or Java
• Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) & RPA exposure (UiPath/Automation Anywhere)
• Airline experience is preferred
