Emirates Podiatry is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Representative / Sales Representative to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who have established relationships within the local healthcare sector and are passionate about expanding business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will work closely with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to strengthen professional relationships, promote medical services, and develop long-term business collaborations. The position also focuses on generating patient referrals and identifying new growth opportunities across the healthcare market.
Candidates with a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven background in medical sales or healthcare business development are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop a strong referral network through regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
• Identify and secure B2B partnerships and service collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate business agreements with healthcare facilities.
• Generate patient referrals through medical professionals and partner organizations.
• Promote medical services and identify outsourcing opportunities for healthcare facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets while contributing to revenue growth.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare business development.
• Degree or Diploma in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related medical field is preferred.
• Established professional network with doctors and healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi.
• Good understanding of the UAE healthcare market and medical services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business development goals.
• English proficiency is required, while Arabic language skills are preferred.
