Smart Vets is seeking a skilled Biomedical Service Engineer – Veterinary Equipment to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with hands-on experience in servicing biomedical or veterinary equipment and a passion for delivering reliable technical support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing veterinary diagnostic and imaging equipment while providing preventive maintenance, technical assistance, and customer training. The role also involves managing field service activities and preparing technical service reports to ensure high-quality support for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair veterinary diagnostic and imaging equipment.
• Provide technical support and perform preventive maintenance services.
• Deliver equipment operation and maintenance training to customers.
• Manage field service visits and prepare accurate technical service reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 2–5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Veterinary equipment experience is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to join.
