Accounting Software Support Engineer Female
Experience with ERP Systems like Sage / Tally / quick-books and other accounting software – 1 to 3 years of experience.
Experience in working Crystal Reports
Experience in MS SQL Server and basic software installation.
Familiarity in accounting principles
Knowledge in web technologies would be an added advantage.
Excellent language skills in English (written and spoken), Hindi (spoken) and Malayalam (Spoken)
Accurate and structured worker
Ability to work independently
Willing to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Functional and technical assistance of Profit Nx Accounting Software.
- Training to new Customers
- ERP or Accounting Implementation experience is an added advantage.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely.
- Management and Maintenance of the local Intranet system.
