Description:

Hiring Water Tank Cleaning Team Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the team’s resources and delegating project tasks to appropriate team members
• Assist the mobilization manager, prioritizing items for mobilization, ensuring spend and allocation is correctly tracked and that SLAs and KPIs are being met
• Improve and grow the relationship with shared services, tracking performance so issues can be escalated and actioned
• Maintain good relationships with the team and encourage a proactive attitude
• Collate and share all process trackers with action plans with manager on a weekly basis
• Creating and chasing actions from contract improvement (recovery plans)
• Monthly/weekly reporting to Manager=

Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience with and advanced knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting and water pumps in the UAE
• Experience in all aspects of water tank cleaning in the UAE
• Experience in leading a water tank cleaning team
• UAE driver’s license
• Good English and Arabic communication skills
• Customer relationship management
