Description:
AQC FITOUT LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, control, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment required for interior fit-out projects while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
The ideal candidate should have UAE experience and be capable of maintaining organized stock records, coordinating with procurement, and ensuring materials are readily available for project teams. Previous experience in the fit-out or construction industry will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect materials, tools, hardware, and consumables delivered to the store.
• Verify quantities and materials against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved documents.
• Store materials properly to prevent damage, loss, or unnecessary wastage.
• Issue materials to site, production, and project teams based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular physical stock counts.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with the Procurement team for replenishment.
• Track material movements between the warehouse, factory, and project sites.
• Maintain documentation for goods receipt notes, material issues, returns, and transfers.
• Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to management.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support monthly and annual stock-taking activities.
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience with mandatory UAE experience.
• Experience in interior fit-out or construction is preferred.
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials, hardware, tools, and consumables.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory management and stock control.
• ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Warehouse operations and material handling.
