Description:
Clever Market is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Data Entry professional to join its team in Business Bay, Dubai. This full-time onsite role is ideal for candidates with experience in UAE retail or trading environments who can efficiently manage financial records and maintain accurate product information within the POS system.
The successful candidate will handle daily accounting activities, maintain inventory and pricing records, support reconciliations, and prepare financial reports. This opportunity offers company-provided visa, medical insurance, and a uniform. Applicants must currently reside in Dubai and be available for onsite work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily cash and card sales transactions.
• Record invoices, expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with supplier account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Update and maintain product information and pricing within the POS system.
• Prepare financial and operational reports as required.
• Ensure stock and accounting data remain accurate and up to date.
• Support daily accounting operations while maintaining proper documentation.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in UAE retail or trading.
• Strong understanding of VAT regulations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Familiarity with POS or ERP systems.
• Good command of the English language.
• Valid health card is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa; visit visa holders may also apply.
• Must currently reside in Dubai and be available for 100% onsite work.
