City Private School is looking for a Transport Supervisor.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like logistics management or transportation.

 Job Description:-

• Ensure implementation of day to day operations of transportation such as, route plan timetable and bus monitors assignment.
• Coordinate with parents regarding all transportation concerns.
• Ensure timely pick up and drop off of students and staff during weekdays and especially on event days.
• Efficiently managing a team of bus drivers and bus monitors.
• Ensuring school compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures are in line with governing laws.
• Involve in strategic development and strategy planning so that the resources are used in an optimum manner.
• Maintain and manage all databases relating to transportation activities.
• Observe timely vehicle maintenance to ensure a good running condition.
• Ensure compliance of safety standards in transportation functions and buses.
• Maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations.
• Responsible for substituting an authorized person in case any assigned employee is absent.
• Maintaining Bus wise students and teachers list and timely updating the same.
• Formulating an efficient route plan for the new buses throughout the year.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned by the school management authorities.
