Description:
Exclusive Talent is looking for a presentable and tech-savvy Technical Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is suitable for professionals with an engineering background who have strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to support daily operational and administrative activities.
The selected candidate will provide technical and business support, manage reports and documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with operational requirements. Candidates with Chemical Engineering knowledge and the ability to work with digital tools will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily technical and operational activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize reports, documents, and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business requirements.
• Use MS Office and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Assist teams with administrative and technical coordination tasks.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned activities.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Engineering background preferred, especially Chemical Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Presentable, organized, and professional approach.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
