Description:

Cyber Shield IT Services is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee its Human Resources function in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with comprehensive UAE experience who can manage the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and policy development. Candidates must currently be residing in the UAE and possess strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across the organization.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.

• Manage payroll, WPS, leave administration, attendance, and end-of-service benefits.

• Coordinate MOHRE, visa, work permit, and other government HR processes.

• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.

• Provide HR guidance to management while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Build positive employee relationships and support organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on HR experience within the UAE.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.

• Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.

• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

• Hands-on experience with payroll, WPS, leave management, attendance, and end-of-service benefits.

• Good knowledge of MOHRE, visa, work permit, and other government HR procedures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently while handling confidential HR matters professionally.
