Description:
Property Junction International is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Admin Executive to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing engaging digital content, managing marketing campaigns, and providing efficient administrative support in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in creating social media content, generating leads, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting daily business operations. Candidates who are confident on camera, highly organized, and passionate about real estate marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging property videos, reels, and social media content.
• Confidently appear on camera for promotional content when required.
• Plan, launch, and monitor digital lead-generation campaigns.
• Manage and update property listings on Bayut and Property Finder.
• Coordinate marketing activities and follow up on generated leads.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, reports, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with Bayut and Property Finder platforms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage.
