Description:
Al Qubaisi Group is currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to join its finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals with UAE experience who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with VAT and company financial procedures. Immediate joiners are highly preferred due to the urgent hiring requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
• Maintain VAT-related accounting records and documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end accounting activities.
• Assist with other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant UAE accounting experience.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
• Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• VAT accounting, MS Excel, and accounting software
