Training and development officers
Responsibilities
- Full English proficiency
- Experience in artificial intelligence and machine language training
- Preparing training plans and programs in coordination with the training managers of the various entities.
- Implementation of plans and training programs established according to the needs of clients.
- Coordination with training departments and trainers who are contracted to follow up the implementation of agreements and develop professional relations with them, submit proposals that define and develop methods of cooperation with the relevant authorities.
- Responding to inquiries received from clients regarding training programs and providing professional assistance and advice to officials.
- Providing high quality trainers
- Maintain effective communication with clients to identify training needs
- Develop and maintain training materials according to the highest standards for internal and external courses.
- Select appropriate training methods or activities ( simulation, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development lessons)
- Senior level (Development)
- devise a training strategy for the organization
- build training programs from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis) and delegate work to other members of the learning and development team
- monitor budgets and monthly expenditure reports
- Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
Additional Information:
- Having an experience with LMS is a PLUS
- Training experience in the oil and gas sectors is a PLUS
