Settle Create is seeking a talented Architectural 3D Modeller & Renderer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for creative professionals with strong expertise in architectural visualization, photorealistic rendering, and 3D modelling using industry-leading software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural models and realistic visualizations while ensuring projects are completed accurately and within deadlines. Applicants should have a solid understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, and modern AI-powered visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate architectural 3D models based on project drawings and design specifications.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renderings for architectural and design presentations.
• Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environmental settings to visualizations.
• Interpret architectural drawings and convert concepts into detailed 3D models.
• Deliver high-quality work within project deadlines while maintaining design standards.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in architectural 3D modelling and rendering.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, and AI visualization tools.
