Description:
Tiger Group is hiring a dedicated Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple residential and commercial towers in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who can maintain high service standards while leading cleaning teams in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day cleaning operations, conducting site inspections, supervising cleaning teams, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple residential and commercial towers.
• Conduct scheduled and surprise site inspections to maintain service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and support Cleaning Supervisors and their teams.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, staff deployment, and work schedules.
• Resolve client feedback and complaints by implementing effective corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, and on-site teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cleaning Management, Housekeeping, or Facilities Management.
• Experience managing cleaning operations across multiple buildings or sites.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial cleaning standards.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and large operational teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role across different locations.
• UAE experience is preferred.
