Ontime Manpower Supply is looking for a motivated HR Assistant – Talent Acquisition to join its team in Al Garhoud, Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with recruitment experience who enjoy sourcing candidates, coordinating hiring activities, and supporting end-to-end talent acquisition processes.
The selected candidate will assist with blue-collar and grey-collar recruitment by sourcing suitable applicants, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source suitable candidates for blue-collar and grey-collar job openings.
• Screen CVs and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding activities and maintain recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Support daily talent acquisition operations with accurate reporting and administrative assistance.
Requirements:
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to screen resumes and coordinate recruitment activities efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hiring tasks.
