Hiring Territory Sales Manager – Unitary (Dubai, UAE)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 10 – 15 years of experience

Knowledge & Experience:-

  • Deep understanding of the importance of forecast and meeting sales numbers.
  • Wide knowledge in VRF selection, application & Sales.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC machines.
  • Market knowledge particularly in Dubai and N/E.
  • Good knowledge in using CRM System and selection software.
  • Business development skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management

Duties & Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for achieving his QS and QB for his assigned territory and for a minimum direct QS as agreed at the start of the year with Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for execution of his part of the sales plan agreed for the year.
  • Responsible for recording and reporting requirements as established at SKM.
  • Responsible for providing necessary feedback on competitor pricing and products and availabilities in the market place.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring that each individual order is followed up at all levels of the factory to ensure that his customer receives the right product, at the right time, without any extra cost being incurred.
  • Responsible for maximizing margins on company sales by ensuring sales are not discounted & ensuring any sales discounts are properly authorized and received in writing before commitment of same.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries targets committed to customers are strictly in line with company policy and any deviations are duly received / authorized from designated and advised superior.
  • Responsible for improving market shares, getting SKM specified, regular visits to Consultants, Contractors, Owners and different Government departments with full feedback.
  • Any other sales related activities might be assigned by management.
  • His responsibility is to cover his assigned Area, the same will be assigned by the Area Manager.
  • Service and grow the current customer base through an existing team of sales office personnel.
  • Identify and exploit opportunities to develop business into new market sectors.
  • Any other sales related activities might be assigned by Management.
