Hiring Territory Manager
Reporting to Sales Manager
Generate new business on courier and freight
Retain existing accounts and businesses
Achieve individual monthly sales target.
Generate heavy import and export queries from the list of own prospect clients
Accountability for payment follow up from customer base and new customers on boarded within defined credit term.
Gathering marketing intelligence about customers, competitors, suppliers, regulations and industry trends.
The Position will be measured against:
Monthly sales target
Maintaining and growing customers
Credit control
Customer base growth
Maintaining updated Sales reports
Mandatory requirements
Experience in Freight and Courier sales.
Aggressive closing skills
Excellent negotiating capability
Industry knowhow
