We are hiring a Senior Transport Planner/ Modeler Engineer for Government Company located in the UAE and have branch in Egypt working in the field of urban planning, roads, bridges and infrastructure
Supporting on the development of policies, technical standards and guidance relating to the development and maintenance of the RAK STM,
Providing technical leadership for projects
Knowledge sharing and driving technical innovation with RAK Municipality colleagues everywhere.
Proven record of accomplishment in the successful delivery (building) of large-scale strategic transport models from first-principles, and other transport planning projects.
Experience in maintenance practices for large multi-modal Strategic Transportation Models for governments.
Advanced skills in the hands-on use of strategic modelling software, especially the PTV suite of software
In-depth appreciation of transport appraisal and modelling techniques, covering various modes including public transport.
Knowledge of the specification, collection, analysis and acceptability standards
Experience in operational modelling platforms including VISSIM, SIDRA, SYNCHRO, and HCM
