Looking For Mechanical Supervisor

Are you a seasoned Mechanical Supervisor with a passion for the meat processing industry?

We’re seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee and guide our team of maintenance technicians at our meat processing facility in the UAE.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring a proactive approach through preventive maintenance plans.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery used in production lines, forming, frying, cooking, grinding, mixing, smoking, and packaging.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports, including filing and archiving machine manuals.
• Order and track necessary spare parts to ensure smooth operations.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to all regulations and fostering a safety-conscious environment.

Who you are:

• 4-6 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience within the meat processing industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their principles.
• Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery.
• Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
• A self-starter who thrives in a team environment.
