Description:

DRHC is seeking an experienced Medical Coder / Insurance Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical coding, insurance coordination, claims, auditing, billing, and applicable healthcare regulations.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of Dubai-based experience with knowledge of DHA guidelines, along with practical exposure to DRG, medical auditing, billing auditing, and health insurance procedures.

Candidates must also be familiar with IP and OP prior authorization processes and have experience working in a Daycare, Day Surgery Centre, or Hospital. Only applicants who meet the specified requirements are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle medical coding and insurance coordination activities.

• Coordinate and support insurance-related processes, claims, and requirements.

• Apply knowledge of DHA guidelines and healthcare regulations to daily activities.

• Work with DRG-related coding and documentation requirements.

• Conduct medical and billing audit activities as required.

• Support IP and OP prior authorization processes.

• Review insurance-related documentation and ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai with knowledge of DHA guidelines.

• Medical or Healthcare background.

• Familiarity with DRG.

• Experience in Medical Auditing.

• Experience in Billing Auditing.

• Good knowledge of health insurance rules and regulations.
