Description:
The NECC GCC Consulting is expanding its team and is looking for passionate Behavior Therapists (BTs) to join its clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate professionals who are dedicated to supporting children with autism and helping them achieve meaningful developmental progress.
As a Behavior Therapist, you will work in a collaborative clinical environment while building your professional skills through hands-on experience. You will play an important role in delivering quality behavioral support and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. UAE Nationals are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide behavioral therapy and support to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
