Talent Arabia Technologies, a well-established IT Recruitment, Staffing, and Workforce Solutions company with operations across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, is looking for a dynamic Business Development (BD) professional to join its growing Dubai team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who excels at developing client relationships and driving business growth.
The selected candidate will focus on expanding the company’s client portfolio, promoting IT staffing and recruitment solutions, and identifying new business opportunities across the UAE. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the UAE corporate market and a proven track record in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Recruitment, Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Outsourcing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Teams, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment and workforce requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth client delivery and service quality.
• Identify partnership opportunities and complete vendor registrations with organizations across the UAE.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of Business Development experience, preferably in IT Recruitment, Staffing, Manpower Supply, or Outsourcing.
• Candidates must currently be residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• UAE Spouse Visa holders will be given preference.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market and business environment.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, business meetings, and deal closures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve business development targets.
