UKG is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Payroll Representative II to support customers using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management solutions. The role involves managing client relationships, resolving payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing payroll support, researching issues, and delivering effective solutions while maintaining compliance and service quality. This position is ideal for professionals who can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients using UKG payroll and workforce management services.
• Identify payroll issues, conduct research, and provide accurate solutions while ensuring compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with clients through emails, video meetings, and remote collaboration channels.
• Create payroll import templates using Microsoft Excel.
• Support clients with payroll-related processes and ensure timely issue resolution.
