EWBS Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Renewal Consultant to join its team in Dubai. The role is focused on managing company and business renewal activities while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the corporate services or business setup industry, along with a strong understanding of renewal procedures and client requirements.
The successful candidate should be confident in communication and negotiation, capable of managing clients effectively, and motivated to achieve sales and renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company and business renewal processes from start to completion.
• Handle client requirements and provide appropriate guidance throughout the renewal process.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding upcoming and pending renewals.
• Work toward achieving assigned sales and renewal targets.
• Address client concerns and resolve renewal-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
