Description:
The Scale Space is a remote marketing agency focused on full-funnel growth through paid advertising, automation, and strategy. The company is looking for an experienced Media Buyer to take ownership of paid media campaigns, tracking, reporting, and performance optimization for multiple client accounts.
The successful candidate will manage advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, analyze performance data, improve campaign results, and provide actionable recommendations. This role requires someone who understands the connection between advertising spend, qualified leads, and actual business revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage campaign strategy including audiences, offers, creative testing, budgets, optimization, and performance improvements.
• Analyze campaign performance and decide what to scale, pause, or test next.
• Monitor new campaigns closely and optimize performance during initial launch phases.
• Write ad copy, hooks, and messaging based on performance data.
• Work with creative teams by providing insights on successful campaigns, audience behavior, and content improvements.
• Manage tracking systems including pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), conversion events, and UTM structures.
• Troubleshoot attribution issues between advertising platforms and CRM systems.
• Connect advertising platforms with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Scale CRM, and HubSpot.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and explain campaign performance in a simple, business-focused manner.
• Ensure campaign setups, reporting data, and tracking systems are accurate before launch.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Pixel, CAPI, conversion tracking, and attribution issues.
• Ability to write effective ad copy and create performance-focused messaging.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
• Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and HubSpot is preferred.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients and discuss performance results confidently.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining independent decision-making.
• Authorized to work in the United States with a sole full-time commitment.
