Empire Developments is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and supporting a positive, productive workplace environment.
This role is suited to a people-focused HR professional with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and practical experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, people management, and problem-solving abilities while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
• Support recruitment activities and help attract suitable talent for the organisation.
