Looking For: ICU Registered Nurse (Ventilator Specialist) – Dubai, UAE

Are you a passionate and skilled ICU nurse with a focus on ventilator management?

We are seeking a driven and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
  • Continuously monitor patient vital signs and condition, make critical assessments, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Operate and maintain ventilators, ensuring proper function and patient comfort.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Maintain meticulous and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Offer support and education to patients and families regarding treatment plans and the recovery process.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a relevant equivalent.
  • A valid DHA License (mandatory).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an ICU setting, with a strong focus on ventilator management.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
