Description:
Urgent Role – Senior Executive CRM – Dubai
Handle established accounts to gain familiarity, including documentation and field work – making, bookings, and handling origin agents, quoting rates, checking for pre-alerts
Communicate with clients to better understand customer needs and implement as per requirement.
Understand processes in-depth, analyze efficiency, and improve current SOPs to maximize resource utilization
Working with customer and government portals, coordinating with airlines and sea vessels in order to
Complete shipments on time.
Analyzing profitability of account handled and identifying ways to improve the same.
Visiting field operations, interacting with warehouse staff and managing cargo operations on-field, when required
Taking care of shipment execution from the time of booking till the final delivery, coordinating and planning
For shipment delivery schedule
Ensuring timely completion of work in order to meet customer’s timelines.
Maintaining accurate records of shipments, airway bill stock maintenance, keeping track of handovers and alerting the airlines of the same.
