Opportunity for Senior Cost Manager/ Lead Roles in Quantity Surveying MRICS. Dubai
Senior role supporting Director (Cost Consulting). This role will offer you a clear path to Management and Director Role.
The client is a leading international Cost and Project Consulting practice. Working within the National clients in the Technology, Mixed Use and Infrastructure sectors.
Candidates need to have experience in the Middle East in the sectors stated above.
Candidates ideally will be in location already.
The roles will cover;
- Estimating/Cost planning at all project milestones from Feasibility Stage through to Construction Documents, value management / engineering reviews, Construction oversight of commercial activity reporting and coordination of a commercial aspects, to internal, client, peer and stakeholder groups.
- Review, negotiation and settlement of interim and final account payment applications
- Document control, contract administration, and owner liaison EA
Written English must be excellent. Contractual and client facing roles, must have confidence and hold your ground in the face of the client group.
