Description:
Mannesmann Energy is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of major energy and infrastructure projects while working within a dynamic and project-driven environment.
The selected candidate will oversee construction activities, coordinate project execution efforts, and lead site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in accordance with established objectives. The role requires strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multidisciplinary construction activities across project sites.
Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas and EPC projects, particularly those with exposure to Onshore projects, will be well suited for this opportunity. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee mechanical and civil construction activities
• Lead site teams and supervise day-to-day construction operations
• Coordinate project execution activities to support timely project delivery
• Manage subcontractors and ensure effective site performance
• Monitor construction progress and resolve operational challenges
• Maintain coordination between project stakeholders and site personnel
• Support planning activities and ensure efficient resource utilization
• Promote safe and effective construction practices throughout project execution
Requirements:
• Strong experience in Oil & Gas and EPC projects
• Proven experience managing both mechanical and civil construction activities
• Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and project execution activities
• Strong coordination, planning, and leadership skills
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Oil & Gas project execution
• EPC construction management
• Mechanical and civil construction operations
• Site leadership and subcontractor coordination
