Key Responsibilities:

• Support Customer Success Managers in driving customer outcomes and product adoption

• Understand customer goals, workflows, and success metrics

• Assist in creating and executing customer success plans

• Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders

• Identify risks, handle objections, and support issue resolution

• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve customer experience

• Help track and support Net Revenue Retention (NDR) and Gross Dollar Retention (GDR) targets
