The company is currently hiring a Search Associate to support its SEO, GEO, and Paid Search initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional who enjoys working across multiple digital channels, analyzing performance trends, and contributing to both organic and paid search growth strategies.
The position requires collaboration across content, analytics, and operations teams while actively contributing to campaign optimization, keyword strategy, and performance reporting in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research, segmentation, and mapping to improve SEO and GEO performance.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and content gaps.
• Support on-page SEO optimization including metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
• Assist in content strategy development through research and performance insights.
• Analyze performance data using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Support paid search campaigns including setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Maintain campaign hygiene including negative keyword management and ad copy updates.
• Assist in test tracking, monitoring performance, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO and SEM strategies.
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including on-page and keyword research.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Familiarity with paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong reporting and campaign management abilities.
