Description:

Kingston Management Consultants is recruiting a Storekeeper – Warehouse FG on behalf of its client in Abu Dhabi. This position is suited for an organized and detail-focused professional who can effectively support warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory control within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling finished goods inventory, coordinating stock movement activities, maintaining records, and supporting operational efficiency across warehouse functions. The role also involves close collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock management.

The ideal applicant should possess good knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory handling practices, and strong coordination abilities. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing operations will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the receiving, storage, and inventory control of finished goods

• Coordinate with the Quality Control team regarding inspections and stock approvals

• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systems regularly

• Work closely with Sales and Logistics teams to support delivery scheduling

• Supervise loading, unloading, and material handling activities within the warehouse

• Conduct physical inventory counts and monitor stock movements

• Prepare daily, monthly, and warehouse operational reports

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse or storekeeping operations preferred

• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and stock control processes

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Basic English communication skills

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments will be an advantage
