Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation with accuracy.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Ensure confidentiality while adhering to HR policies and labor laws.
Provide assistance in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance files.

Requirements:
