Description:
Senior Civil Draftsman
We are looking for experienced Senior Civil Draftsman for our construction company .Details are as follows;
To be responsible for the direction and coordination of all day-to-day drafting requirements.
To provide quality drafting support to the project engineers in executing and delivering projects to clients.
Responsible for taking design concepts and turning them into coordinated workshop drawings. As well as ensuring that drawings are production ready in terms of cost and fit for purpose.
Managing and coordinating the day-to-day drafting and documentation requirements and deliver drawings in a timely manner.
Ensure all drawings are stored correctly in electronic and paper format.
Check and identify any interface issues in design and identify to the project engineers.
Mentor and assist with the development of drafting and documentation staff as required.
Competent in AutoCAD and other drafting packages
Conversant with Dubai Municipality regulations and submittals process
Languages:
English and Arabic
