Senior Architect – Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

Senior Architect Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree S1 in Architecture from reputable university.
• MA Degree S2 in Architecture might be preferable.
• An excellent portfolio and 10 years of work experience as an Architect designed Apartment, Mall, High rise Office, Mixed Used, Factory, Housing, SOHO, Hotel, Resort etc.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
• In-depth skill of (2D/3D) Auto CAD and Sketch up software.
• Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
