Looking for Secretary Receptionist with insurance background in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Welcome visitors courteously and professionally.
Respond and screen incoming calls.
Undertake photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, binding as well as dispatching work.
Assist in typing documents for example letters and minutes of meetings.
Respond to incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails etc.
Offer administrative as well as secretarial support in the office
Organize incoming and outgoing documents
Maintain a database of contacts of all potential and current customers.
Respond to all customers’ enquiries as well as complaints.
Make sure the reception is kept clean and well organized
Should have good communication and customer service skills
Expert in computer applications with good typing abilities
Ability to pay attention to details, Should be able to work well under pressure
Must be presentable and good looking.
