Hiring Sales Manager (Events & Partnership) for a 5* Hotel in Dubai, the ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel sales or travel trade
• Track records of successful account management
• Result oriented and market aware personality
• Degree in Hospitality Management or business/economics
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Previous experience with Opera, Delphi, and CRM systems
• Understanding of online distribution channels
• Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
• Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company’s contract guidelines and policies
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
• Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
• Previous working experience as an Events Sales and Partnerships Manager for (3) years (s) ( UAE & International )
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or a similar relevant field
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strategic thinker, Networking aptitude, Great multitasking skills
• Attention to detail, Ability to work on cluster roles and open to change
• Knowledge & Experience in Large scale of Entertainment projects and live concerts
