BHIVE Real Estate Company is looking for Sales Agent to join immediately at Dubai, UAE.

Fixed Salary: 3000 AED + 30% Commission. Or 50% 50% Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and research potential clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Expertly present and demonstrate products/services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Provide regular sales reports.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Sales or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• CRM software familiarity is a plus.
