Liverpool Medical Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Coder /Receptionist to join its growing healthcare team in Bur Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in medical coding, insurance claims processing, and front-desk operations within a healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will support the clinic by ensuring accurate medical documentation, managing insurance-related activities, and delivering excellent patient service at the reception. Candidates with knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and DHA medical coding standards are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate medical coding and maintain proper medical documentation.
• Process insurance claims, submissions, and resubmissions while coordinating with insurance providers.
• Handle claim-related inquiries and ensure timely claim processing.
• Manage reception activities, including patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting the clinic’s daily administrative operations.
Requirements:
