Description:
Emper Perfumes is expanding its showroom team and is looking for two enthusiastic Sales Executives to join its premium retail outlet at City Walk, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for customer-focused professionals who are passionate about sales and enjoy delivering exceptional shopping experiences in a luxury retail environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting premium fragrance products, and contributing to showroom sales while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Candidates with Arabic language skills and experience in perfume, beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide outstanding sales and customer service.
• Promote and recommend perfume and fragrance products based on customer preferences.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
Requirements:
• Good Arabic-speaking skills.
• Arab National preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional and presentable appearance.
• Sales experience in perfumes, beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for sales and delivering excellent customer experiences.
