ITM UAE is looking for an experienced and results-driven Soft FM Manager to oversee multiple Soft Facilities Management contracts across Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for an operational leader who can manage diverse sites while ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, maintain service standards, and coordinate with teams across multiple locations. Applicants with previous experience in airports, large shopping malls, or residential communities will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee multiple Soft FM contracts across various locations in Dubai.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and support site teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships while continuously improving service quality.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing multiple Soft FM contracts.
• Previous experience in airports, large shopping malls, or residential complexes is preferred.
