Marriott Hotel Production City is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join its hospitality team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a proven background in 5-star or luxury hotel housekeeping operations who are passionate about maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott’s quality standards. Immediate joiners with relevant UAE or GCC hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate work schedules, room assignments, and departmental activities efficiently.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star or luxury hotel.
• Relevant UAE or GCC hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team supervision skills.
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Ability to maintain exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
