• We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for fine-dining restaurant in Dubai according to the below requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE fine-dining restaurant.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and multiple tasks as well as busy banqueting, Buffet & volume operation. Assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Prepare end-of-day reports
• Good computer knowledge including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Hospitality Educational background
