Wiland is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Coordinator to support its data management operations. This role focuses on accurately processing, converting, and maintaining client data within the company’s internal systems while ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data files from multiple sources, validating accuracy, and ensuring seamless integration into the Wiland data warehouse system. Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and process client data from internal and external FTP systems

• Validate completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting of incoming data files

• Convert and load data into the company’s database systems

• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding data status and updates

• Maintain accurate file naming, storage, and directory structures

• Perform data quality checks, validation, and standardization procedures

• Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors

• Support ongoing improvements in data processing workflows

• Ensure timely completion of all assigned data tasks and deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience with data processing or office automation tools

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Basic understanding of programming or data concepts preferred

• Experience handling large transactional data sets

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
