Description:
Response Plus Medicals, a leading pre-hospitalization service provider in the Middle East, is urgently seeking an experienced Senior IT Helpdesk & Asset Officer to join its project team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a highly skilled IT professional with strong expertise in enterprise support operations, IT asset management, and service delivery in large-scale environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient IT helpdesk operations, managing IT assets, and maintaining service quality in line with SLA standards. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Oversee IT asset management (ITAM) across the organization
• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA-driven support operations
• Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and IT process workflows
• Support Active Directory (AD) management and user access control
• Handle endpoint management and system control operations
• Coordinate with internal teams for IT infrastructure support
• Ensure accurate tracking of IT hardware and software assets
• Support continuous improvement of IT service delivery processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, ECE, or related field
• ITIL certification preferred
• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience required
• Minimum 3–4 years in a similar IT Helpdesk & Asset Management role
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM) and enterprise IT operations
• Experience with SLA-driven service environments
• Proficiency in Active Directory (AD) and endpoint management tools
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced enterprise IT environment
• Strong documentation and SOP preparation skills
• Strong knowledge of:
