• Salary is AED 5500/ month.
• Should be locally present in UAE
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Strong IT technical troubleshooting skills and communication skills.
• Knowledge with BMC or ITIL ticketing tool
• Follow the standard IT Help Desk operating procedures; accurately log all IT Help Desk call and their progress details.
